The My Name Is Rose service consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, who is attributed the status of customer, to order and purchase the products presented online.

My Name Is Rose cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.
My Name Is Rose offers the following payment methods:
Once payment has been completed, My Name Is Rose will carry out a standard check so that the order can be processed and shipped. The customer will receive an e-mail confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.
All products and/or services available at My Name Is Rose can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as products made to order, the availability of which may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in these circumstances they will be duly identified on My Name Is Rose.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, My Name Is Rose undertakes to contact the customer by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible in order to speed up the process.
At My Name Is Rose, the prices shown are in EURO, with VAT and taxes applied in accordance with the law in force, which are already included in the price shown.

If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been dispatched, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. My Name Is Rose is not responsible for possible delays in dealing with order cancellations.

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they can do so by emailing hello@mynameisrose.com or by filling in the contact form available at My Name Is Rose. When withdrawing from the contract within the legal time limit, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts accompanying the main product. My Name Is Rose must refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations where there is an express agreement and the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any reimbursement procedure will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Decree-Law no. 24/2014.

By creating and using a My Name Is Rose account, you are responsible for account maintenance, confidentiality and all activity arising from your account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
My Name Is Rose is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store.
My Name Is Rose is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen delivery of orders.
