These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the My Name Is Rose<\/strong> store, a legal person with NIF\/NIPC PT516802003<\/strong>, with registered office at Rua Beira Mar, n\u00ba 3057, 2\u00ba Dirt, 4400-382 Vila Nova de Gaia (hereinafter “My Name Is Rose, Lda”<\/strong>) shall be governed.<\/p>

The My Name Is Rose<\/strong> service consists of making available and supplying a set of products and\/or services, in order to allow the user, who is attributed the status of customer, to order and purchase the products presented online.<\/p>

    If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, My Name Is Rose<\/strong> undertakes to contact the customer by telephone or e-mail as soon as possible in order to speed up the process.

    If the cancellation request has been made after the order has been dispatched, it will be forwarded for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. My Name Is Rose is<\/strong> not responsible for possible delays in dealing with order cancellations. <\/p>

    The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

    If the customer wishes to withdraw from the contract, they can do so by emailing hello@mynameisrose.com or by filling in the contact form available at My Name Is Rose<\/strong>. When withdrawing from the contract within the legal time limit, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any gifts accompanying the main product. My Name Is Rose<\/strong> must refund the amount paid within 14 days of receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.

    The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial payment, except in situations where there is an express agreement and the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.

    Any reimbursement procedure will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force in Decree-Law no. 24\/2014.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
